Slot: committee_contact
Contact point for the governance committee, as a Person object — an id (an ORCID CURIE where stated, else a fragment minted on the record's own id), the name and, where the evidence states them, email and affiliation of the person who answers questions about access policy, procedure and oversight. Replaces ExportControlRegulatoryRestrictions.governance_committee_contact. Inlined (#805): a bare name string fails validation.
