Slot: governance_committee_contact
DEPRECATED — use DataGovernance.committee_contact (#503). Kept declared so the slot still parses; since #805 it is an inlined Person object like its replacement, so the pre-#805 records that populate it with a bare name string no longer validate against the current schema and keep the verdicts they were pinned with (#426). A new record should not populate it.
